RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are enjoying this product. However, if you are not entirely satisfied for any reason, you can return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return and exchange policy.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITION
All returns and exchanges must be made within seven (7) days of the purchase date. The returned or exchanged items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
To return or exchange an item, please email our customer service at contact@manytouches.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have the RMA number, securely place the item back in its original packaging along with the proof of purchase and information about the new ring size. Then, mail your return or exchange to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return or exchange shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to mail your item.
REFUNDS
Upon receiving your item and inspecting the condition of it, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. You will receive an email notification once your return or exchange has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Remarks
  • Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • You can exchange your product up to 2 times if the size doesn't fit you perfectly.
