SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS
The delivery will be operated by Many Touches and delivery timeframe will range from 7-10 days for Pre-order phase (you can refer to Pre-order TC) and 3-5 days for normal delivery.
The delivery timeframes provided are estimates and may vary depending on specific conditions.
Delivery time may be longer than the above estimated time in the following cases:
  • We or Our delivery partner cannot contact the Customer to deliver the goods.
  • The delivery address provided is incorrect.
  • In cases of force majeure due to natural disasters, epidemics, etc., we are not responsible for compensation for damages arising from not delivering on time as committed or not transporting goods to the agreed location. with customers.

CAN YOU CHECK YOUR GOODS UPON RECEIVING?
As soon as you receive the goods, please check the product immediately. When you discover that the type, quantity, or color of the product does not match your order, you notify us within 24 - 36 hours according to the contact information stated in this policy. Returning the product to you will be handled according to our return policy.
DOES MANY TOUCHES PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
At present, we do not offer international shipping. We will notify customers when this service becomes available in the future.
