WARRANTY POLICY
Thank you for your interest in The Ring. This page will detail the warranty Policy applied to The Ring, or any other product or service from Many Touches.
1. Limited warranty:
Many Touches offers a limited warranty on The Ring (hereinafter referred to as "the Product") to the original purchaser (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use conditions.
2. Warranty coverage:
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
Many Touches will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective Product or parts thereof, free of charge.
3. Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or neglect.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications to the Product.
  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures.
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage not affecting the Product's functionality.
4. Warranty claim process:
To initiate a warranty claim, the Customer must contact us at contact@manytouches.com and provide the background of the defect and proof of purchase.
We will assess the claim and may request additional information or evidence of the defect.
If deemed eligible for warranty service, we will provide instructions for returning the Product.
5. Repaired or replacement products:
If we determine that the Product is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the Product with a new unit of the same or equivalent model.
The repaired or replacement Product will be covered by the remaining warranty period or for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer. Before repairing or replacing the product, we will send a notice to the Customer via the provided email. ("Notification"). After receiving the Customer's consent, we will start repairing or replacing the Product.
Repair time will depend on the specific damage of the Product. Estimated times will be provided with the Notice.
6. Limitation of liability:
Many Touches' liability under this limited warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the Product as described herein.
Many Touches is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.
